Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One users.
• Perform system updates, patches, and database management.
• Customize SAP B1 reports and workflows using SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Assist in SAP B1 integrations with other business applications.
• Train end-users and document system procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in SAP Business One support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 SDK.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
