Overview

Mostakbal Misr is a national project that aims to deliver 10 million m³ per day of irrigation water from the Rasheed Nile branch to the west of Sheikh Zayed City to irrigate 700,000 acres (Phase 1: 300K and Phase 2: 400K). The path stretches along 41.4 kilometers starting at Rasheed branch.

The project is located along El Dabaa Axis in the north, near Sphinx, Borg El Arab Airport, and the ports of Alexandria and Dhekelia, which helps facilitate the delivery of production requirements and products, and makes the project an attractive agricultural destination for investors.

The project supports the government's efforts to increase the land area available for agriculture, in line with the national development strategy Vision 2030.
